Remi Royal is currently attending Winston Salem State University, where she is majoring in both biology and psychology. She interested in understanding employee attitudes and how they affect the production and outcome of each company or business.
Zoa Ordóñez was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where she attended an international school. During her spare time, she worked as a translator for medical brigades in rural areas in Honduras. In the fall of 2005, she moved to the United States to pursue a degree in Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas. The research topic in which she is most interested is Employee Motivation and Participation.
Evita M. Green has been an active member of St. John’s University, located in Queens, NY, for the past few years. Evita has a keen interest in how race and ethnicity impact the workplace, specifically how race and ethnicity influence work group interactions.
Siedah Garrett is a sophomore psychology major at Hampton University from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon graduating Hampton University, Siedah, plans to attend graduate school for her Ph.D in organizational science. Her research interests lie in organizational communication, and her goal is to become an internal communication consultant for a major corporation.
