Derek Rowe is a junior at Missouri State University where he is majoring in Psychology, and minoring in Sociology and Diversity studies. He is also pursuing a certificate in conflict and dispute resolution. Derek is currently in the I-O club and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at his university. He is also a research assistant working with the I-O graduate department on implicit bias in the workplace. He plans to attend a graduate program for I-O Psychology after receiving his Bachelor’s. Derek hopes to have a career as an organizational consultant with a focus in creating better work environments through diversity and inclusion.

Corrie Marshall
Corrie Marshall is a rising senior at Bradley University where she is a double major in Organizational Communication and Psychology with a minor in Management and Leadership. She is currently the Community Service Officer for Psi Chi and will be the incoming President of the Bradley University Chapter. She has been a research assistant to Dr. Allen Huffcutt for two years, focusing on behavioral interviewing. Recently, Corrie was a Student Aide where she helped students transition from high school to college, assisted students with academic advising, co-instructed two university experience courses, and conducted workshops for time management and goal setting. After undergrad, she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations. Ultimately, Corrie hopes to become a consultant or chief human resources officer to guide and encourage organizations to reshape their models to develop and utilize an increasingly diverse workforce.
Evelyn Palafox
Evelyn Palafox is a recent graduate from San Diego State University, where she received a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She plans to continue her studies by obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to continue researching the positive and negative policies in the ever-changing workforce that employees face. In her time at SDSU, she was a member of Society for Human Resource Management. She currently serves as a research assistant in Dr. Lisa Kath’s POWER Lab, which focuses on research within worker stress, worker safety, and harassment/discrimination.
Jeremy Lewis
Jeremy Lewis is a rising senior at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and is majoring in Psychology and Organizational Science. Currently, he is a Peer Adviser in McCabe Hall and works to help students build and improve their resumes, and host career centered networking events for the student body. He has had two Human Resources internships in the past year. One during the spring of 2019 working within his college’s human resources department, and another human resources internship at GreenState Credit union. After graduation, Jeremy plans on going to graduate school but is undecided on what program. Jeremy is interested in becoming the director of learning and development or pursuing a profession that will help companies be more ethical.
