OSSI ALUMNAE RECENTLY FEATURED IN HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW
Two OSSI alums, Dr. Ella Washington and Dr. Courtney McCluney, have been featured in Harvard Business Review in 2020.
Dr. Washington coauthored “U.S. Businesses Must Take Meaningful Action against Racism.” Dr. Washington is a Professor of Practice at Georgetown University, where she examines inclusivity in workplace cultures, diversity, equity, and individual employee development.
Dr. McCluney has written two features with her colleagues, “Working from Home while Black” and “How U.S. Companies Can Support Employees of Color through the Pandemic.” Dr. McCluney is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) at Cornell University. Her research focuses on marginalization practices in the workplace that perpetuate inequality for underrepresented groups.
