OSSI Alumnae Featured in Harvard Business Review
Two OSSI alums, Ella Washington (Georgetown University) and Courtney McCluney (Cornell University) were both featured in Harvard Business Press’s latest post of “The Faculty Lounge.”
They have also written important HBR articles on the pandemic and diversity and social justice issues:
See here for Dr. Washington’s article (with Laura Morgan Roberts) titled “U.S. Businesses Must Take Meaningful Action Against Racism.”
See here for Dr. McCluney’s articles titled “Working from Home While Black” (with Laura Morgan Roberts) and “How U.S. Companies Can Support Employees of Color Through the Pandemic” (with Laura Morgan Roberts, Erin L. Thomas, and Michelle Kim).
Dr. McLuney is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) at Cornell University. Her research focuses on marginalization practices in the workplace that perpetuate inequality for underrepresented groups.
Dr. Washington is a Professor of Practice at Georgetown University where she examines inclusive conditions of workplace cultures, diversity and equity, and individual employee development.
